At TheOneStopShopz, we are committed to providing quality products. Our products have a comprehensive limited warranty.

Limited Warranty Coverage:

TheOneStopShopz products are designed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase, under normal conditions of use. This Limited Warranty ("TheOneStopShopz Insurance") applies only to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from our official TheOneStopShopz website.

Warranty coverage details:

The Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty only applies within the country/region of purchase of the product.
The warranty period is 60 days from the date of original purchase, and a valid purchase invoice or receipt will be proof of purchase.
Inspection expenses and the possibility of repairing the product are covered by the limited warranty.
To claim warranty service, the defective product must be shipped to the address provided with proof of purchase and acquisition of the product.
We undertake to either repair the product or replace it with a new unit. Defective or broken product will not be returned to the buyer.
We reserve the right to amend, delete or amend the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without prior notice.
